You are welcome to return your wine by courier should you be unhappy with your purchase.
You need to inform us by email before you return any items at email@example.com.
We shall credit you in full for the wine that you return. Items that are discounted or special items cannot be returned.
The courier cost of returning the items will be for your account.
We accept returns up to 30 days after the invoice date.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of wine bottles that have been opened.
Your return has to be packed in the original De Waal Wines boxes.
